ICC was created to have jurisdiction over everyone-everywhere. Crimes against humanity?.. as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum, "are particularly odious offenses in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of human beings." I can understand genocide being a crime, but can a person claim their dignity has been violated or they were humiliated, degraded by a Christian telling them about Christ? This definition is way too broad! What about someone eating too many twinkies and accused of using more of their allotted share of carbon? How can we follow laws and customs of other Countries?
