ICE UPDATE: The models are trending DRIER and SLOWER with this weekends storm. Thats important because the high pressure that was going to trap in the cold air and create ICE will have moved east by the time that the low from the Gulf gets here....which now looks like Monday. As of now, with that high pressure out of the way...it looks like a cold rain on Sunday night through really Tue/Wed. The mountains may have some freezing rain mixed in from time to time. Could still change....but thats the trend as of now. Remember I said earlier the pattern is active? Well we have yet another threat Wed/Thu as a low moves up from the Gulf again. The threat for wintry weather stays high this weekend into next week. Could be a couple of close calls but it is worth watching very closely. Ill keep you posted!
