ICT - Technical Support & Logistics Officer You will be taking queries from customers and providing the right solution. You will be first point of contact with the customer and the feedback you provide will influence the customer perception and his image of Sirap. This role requires a good knowledge of ICT products in general, experience on technical support, solutions and information on our product range. You will be based at our Office but will also provide support on customer sites when required. You will also be responsible for logistics and for updating stock records and the Website Attributes and Skills required for this role: Have a pleasant personality and a strong customer centric approach Be smart, capable of working on own initiative and possess good communication skills Be able to integrate well and participate in a team of highly enthusiastic individuals Have a strong willingness to learn and further improve your potential. Sirap provides both internal and external training opportunities Have good time-management skills Sound knowledge of computer architecture and Microsoft OS and applications The ability to perform tasks such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking BTEC Higher National, or MCP or A+ Techician Diploma Previous experience Possess a driving licence and clean police conduct
