ICYMI: Heres my story on common flu myths, posted below. A quick note: this is NOT passing judgment on those of you who DONT get the flu shot. But, just as I read articles and blog posts in support of NOT getting a flu shot, I ask that you at least read and consider arguments in favor of getting them. And, one more note, in my 15 years in this business, I have asked multiple doctors both on and off camera if the flu shot is safe and effective and if they, themselves, get them, and EVERY health professional Ive met has told me yes, without a doubt, they are safe and worth it.
