ICYMI: Take a look at your toothpaste this morning. If it has blue specks in it, like in the photo below, you might want to throw it out. These specks are likely polyetylene, a plastic used in products like garbage bags, garbage containers, bulletproof vests and knee replacements. Some dentists have found these blue plastic pieces in the gum lines of patients: bit.ly/1tXWEdP P&G is making changes to Crest toothpaste with these specks after a dentist has called these ingredients dangerous. ^LC
