ICYMI: Vancouver School Board adopts one of the most, if not the most, trans-inclusive policies. In addition to mandating that transgender students be addressed by their preferred names and pronouns, that student records be changed to reflect preferred gender, and that students must have access to the bathroom that matches their preferred gender, the policy also includes a confidentiality component that protects the students right to privacy.
