IED Blast Killed a Father with Two of His Sons in Panjwa’i July 21, 2013 KANDAHAR, Afghanistan – A father with two of his sons riding a motorcycle were killed when their motorcycle was hit by a roadside IED last evening in Rego area of Panjwa’i District. The victims from the same family were heading home to break their fast (Iftar). They also had some groceries for Eid to take home for the family. The month of Ramazan is considered a holy month in which harsh actions are strictly prohibited in Islam. Taliban who call themselves the real followers of Islam emplace IED on roadside to kill innocent people even during this month of worship and forgiveness. Both Islamic Commandments and Afghan Constitution ban the killing of innocent people and subjects are called tyrants or oppressors.
