IEEE Computational Intelligence Workshop (CIW-2014) Organized by Indian Institute of Information Technology- Allahabad, India In Collaboration with CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering ResearchInstitute (CEERI), Pilani October 13-15, 2014 Venue: Indian Institute of Information Technology- Allahabad, India Call for Participation The debate goes on Is intelligence possible on silicon chips? Recent advances in understanding Perception Processes in Humans have not only made it possible to experiment new ideas in Computational intelligence but also have changed the way we perceive and interact with computers. The ideas about gossiping computers or thinking machines are no longer only abstract ideas, but they are taking actual shapes. This workshop aims at two paradigms: Perception and Cognition Engineering & Data Mining and Soft Computing. Students, research scholars, academicians/Industry professionals, etc., who are currently working in the area computational intelligence, data mining and soft computing are invited to attend the workshop. Individuals active in the broad theme of the workshop should register themselves using the guidelines posted at: CIW14 Homepage Call for Papers CIW-2014 invites original and unpublished work from students active in the broad theme of the workshop. Authors should submit their papers using the guidelines for submission posted at: Author Guidelines All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to workshop, contributions, and readability.Top three papers will be awarded with cash prize after the presentation of the work.
