I am a huge fan of sitcoms (situation comedies) and one of the shows that I can never get enough is How I met your mother on Star World. The first season of HIMYM started in 2005 and has been a big success. The sitcom is set in Mahattan, America about a guy named Ted and his group of friends, 2 couples. Ted, being single and miserable, never stopped believing in love and looking for his other half, the mother of his kids to whom he is telling the story of how he met her. Throughout the first 8 seasons he has always been meeting wrong people and finding himself and his friends in weird yet hillarious situations. Finally, he is going to meet his destiny in this very last season. I am really looking forward to it. meet wrong people: gặp nhầm người yet= but, however find myself in a weird situation: chỉ là 1 cách nói tôi gặp 1 tình huống kỳ cục, nhưng nghe tự nhiên và nguy hiểm hơn ^^ look forward to something: mong chờ cái gì Cuối cùng, giải thích tại sao thích show đó, nên có 2 lý do và support mỗi lý do 1 tí, nếu 1 lý do thì nói dài ra 1 chút There are a bunch of reasons why not only me but millions of people have been crazy about this show. To begin with, it has such a unique sense of humor which cant be found in other shows. I bet it can tickle anyones funny bone with its over-exaggaration, sacarsm, illogicality and nonsense. Besides, now matter how funny it is, this show has an inspiring message: never stop believing in love. Ive learnt from HIMYM to stay optimisctic when things go bad because, eventually, things that are meant to be will be :)) crazy about something: điên vì cái gì, là rất thích nó unique sense of humour: khiếu hài hước độc đáo I bet: tôi cược là tickle someones funny bone: làm ai cười things go bad: sự việc trở nên tồi tệ things that are meant to be will be: việc đã được định đoạt thế nào sẽ là thế ấy, ko phải xoắn ^^ , ko thể thay đổi đc số phận ^^ , cái gì của mình sẽ là của mình, cái gì ko phải của mình sẽ là của đứa khác, ví dụ nói chúng ta không được định đoạt cho nhau (ý là ko thuộc về nhau, ko dành cho nhau) thì nói we are not meant to be ^^ ten` ten ten the End.
