IF Id defaulted... Someone paid the sum of N15,000 for one of my services last week. As usual, the service was delivered promptly and efficiently to the client. Yesterday, I was with a client (Bassey Okon) in my office there and then he mentioned the name of the person who referred him to grab an offer of mine selling for N80k (supremeshortcode). Behold, the referrer is also a BIG NAME in the 9ja Internet Marketing Industry. Guess what? It was the same person who paid N15k whose service was delivered promptly and efficiently. And I have placed an appreciation call through this morning. That is just the way it is...a satisfied client will always referred other people to your business. Ive always enjoyed great referrals though ve also defaulted a few clients which am not proud of. I am more committed to serve my clients...and also if you have encountered an unsatisfactory customer service from my coy in anyway please accept my sincere apologies. This is an advise to all fellow marketers out there. >>Learn to refer prospects to proven colleagues who offer solutions they are interested in which you dont have. (I do that a lot when my audience ask me for products related to importation, paypal pay4me, fiverr etc. I refer them to trusted expert in that field.) >>Always appreciate people for referrals as they will be impressed and keep sending more people you way.
