IF KETAN SOMAIYA WAS IN KENYA: 1. Members of his tribe would hold demonstrations. 2. He would appeal the ruling in the Court of Appeal. 3. He would rush to the High Court seeking a court order barring his arrest pending the appeal in (2) above. Ofcourse he would be out on a cheap bail. 4. The Court of Appeal would dismiss the 8yr jail term handed by a lower court. 5. At the Supreme Court, Ketan would sue Amicus Curiae Mortician Githu Muigai, Syegeh Curfew David Kimaiyo (Kimaiyo sounds like Somaiya), Warrant Of Arrest Mutea Iringo and Kikwetu Super Chef for wrongful arrest and defamation. The Court would award him a compensation of £13.5m 6. Mutea Iringo would refuse to pay up even after a thousand warrants for his arrest has been issued. Mtadu? 7. Nolle Prosequi Keriako Tobiko would instead order for investigations to be done on Somaiyas cook. 8. Like the hero that he is, Somaiya would be hosted by Larry Madowo Midomo on the #Trend to tell us how he outwitted the law. 9. If interested in politics, Somaiya would get nominated in the next by-election as pet dog for the ones in power. Ombudsdog, EACC, CID would clear him to contest. 10. If not interested in politics, he would be given a Ministry, parastatal, or a member of a board. 11. He would change his name to Brother Paul and start a church. Maybe he would move his base to Kitengela and survive a gun attack. And life would continue...
