Swiss Federal Court and Swiss Banks says we will not cooperate in the recovery of the alleged “ill-gotten” Marcos wealth, because, by Swiss law, we have to protect our clients from fraud and false claims and until now any allegation of “ill-gotten” is unproven and therefore a false claim, even if it is made by the Philippine Government” BUT WHY WOULD THE PCGG STILL CONTNUE ITS EFFORT TO RECOVER THE ALLEGED ILL-GOTTEN WEALTH? HOW COME THE PCGG TELLING US THAT THEY HAVE RECOVERED THE SO CALLED ILL-GOTTEN MARCOS WEALTH? WHERE IS THE MONEY NOW?
