I have carefully observed and did a research work on an Assembly and an Area headquarter Assembly. I discover that some pastors that has Apostolic charisma are most atimes not send to the Area headquarters because of the presence of the AREA SUPT. They only send younger pastors with low charisma, Sometimes most of them that has the charisma are not allowed to flow well because of the AREA SUPT. presence in the area headquarters, so i can say many of the Area headquaters lack rapid spiritual growth compared to a stand alone assembly that is not an area headquarter. I am of the view that TRANSFER OF PASTORS Across the territory be made on need of church spiritual growth and balance among other criteria s. LONG LIVE APOSTOLIC, LONG LIVE THE GLORIOUS VISION. If we can face the trend and challenges in Township EVANGELISM and maintaining our potential church members, we must stop sentiment in moving anyhow pastor to township churches base on seniority, help, need,favor,etc. Modern churches demand good ideas such as the welfare packages of wobo assembly, media dept of Rumuodaolu assembly, the offering amendment system of Rumueme assembly, de loveth chorale choir formation of dim assembly,the worship session of ......... etc. Please lets not be bias about the truth - OH --THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH.
