IF TOMORROW COMES To all intents and purposes, I am scheduled to file successfully if tomorrow comes. Though glad, this is very painful for me as I should have gone back to Parliament without a by election on account of bias on the part of the Acting Chief Justice who received submissions from her own lawyer who was also representing the petitioner. The ground looks good. In my opinion there are three groups of voters. First there are those who have sympathized with my cause and the trials and tribulations that have come forth to bear. The second group are the disgruntled from the UPND and the PF who are not happy with the candidate choices in their respective parties. These two groups seem favorable towards us. The third group are those we all have to fight for. They are waiting to be convinced. In short I seem to have a head start. My only problem is, how does fate make the status quo stay the same till September 11th?
