IF YOU SUPPORT ABOVE DEMANDS THEN YOU MAY COME TO JOIN WITH US FOR RAISING UNITED MOVEMENT FOR STUDENT AND YOUTH RIGHTS Friends, We are The Common People associated with different civil rights movements since long time. We have seen at the time of work that demands of students and youths are neglected in the civil society movement. So, We are The Common People trying to raise following demands. We have raise seven points demands of students and youths by the above process. . Our seven points demands are mention below : •Government will monitor to above employment agencies which are promising to give employment after registration ,in lieu of some money (some of the above company regularly announced in the daily news papers that they are registered or affiliated by the government, but they are only registered as a society ,as per (society registration act) •Regarding Cast based reservation our proposal is if any family gets benefits of the reservation three times in Education and two times in employment ,those families will remain out of reservation, and by this way reservation process have to abolish. •Student Youth Commission have to be formulated by the government with representatives of all student and youth organizations and education minister, educationist, retired chief justice of the High court, media persons ,representatives of civil society, bar council and others. This commission will protect Student and youth rights (such as violence in educational institution, ragging etc). •Educational system has to reform and to make job oriented. In all collages job training centered have to arrange by the government free of cost for all students. •Syllabus has to be fix for all government job examination and prices of the form have to make very nominal. All process of bank daft have to be withdrawn, so that unemployed youths may sit to the examination. •Eight hours duty system have to be implemented in all sector including IT industry and privet tutor have to be included in unorganized labor list and to give social security from the government like other un organized labour. •In all sector self attached system have to be recognized. •most of the private colleges are assuring the students before admission that they have proper infrastructure and good technical assistants and professors and brighter future... but after admission they dont provide it.... Hence the students are not getting proper guidance and teachings which they require for their better future.... government & educational councils must go through this problem and stop this businessman’s to do business with the future of students. We have decided through this process that we will make contact with all Political parties, Governor ,and other important authorities to aware them regarding above student and youth demands and to appeal them for their interference. That part of this process our delegation met with Mr.Khiti Goswami Secretary, Revolutionary Socialist Party (West Bengal state committee)on 24/6/2014 on behalf of We are The Common People regarding demands of the Students and Youths. Mr.Khiti Goswami supported our demands and gave us hope that R.S.P members of the W.B assembly will raise those demands in the assembly house.
