They have just given priority hiring away from Military ATC Vets and College Grads of CTI ATC schools and now off the street hires are the priority... You now only need ....... #1 Just have 3 years of any work experience in any job. #2 Pass the Bio Test and score 70% on the other exam... #3 Pass a Physical and Background test #4.......Go to the Academy...12 weeks in the fundamentals of being an air traffic controller (get paid while going to school!!!!!) and your in there ready to work for the FAA..... faa.gov/jobs/career_fields/aviation_careers/
