IF ... You feel down, depressed, down, troubled... If you feel you are on the precipice of some unidentifiable deep, dark expanse without any meaning to it, without support... The Lord, this day even, may be trying to reach you. He may at this moment, be trying to call you, to speak to you. He wants to fill you with all lights. He wants to be All in All in your life. He wants to be the One who will give you all joy, fulfill every need. Without Him, it wont happen. There will, in the end, be just the same darkness, emptiness. He gives each one who comes to Him new life. New gifts. They will do exploits to use the KJV wording. If you feel today you are one of those needy ones, you can ask Him for what He wants to fill you with. Let Him do it. Ask Him in Jesus Name. He wont bite. Hell come into your life and heal whatever wounds the world has inflicted on you. Beyond that, he will teach your hands to war your fingers to fight. Ps. 144:1 You will become an agent, even, to push back the darkness. .. You will feed my sheep. It may appear like darkness to others, but, then, they may be just entering into the experience that you were just in, where the tables, if they choose, may again be completely overturned. If they do not choose, well thats their business... But it doesnt have to be that way with you, If you feel today, a dreaded, gnawing need, here is a book that has helped me. It pointed me to the Bible. It helped, thats all I can say. If you try all other kinds of things, and nothing seems to help, then try reading this... Perhaps the Lord wants to show you something special. It wont hurt to take a peek. If its not right, if you are trusting in Him, then He will point you to the right way if youre trusting in Him, right? If He is Fair, He will point you in the right way, wouldnt He??? But if this is of Him, you will keep on reading, And reading, and reading, until you are full of light. --As much as you want to get--He will give you, and He still has more to give ... Again, it may appear to others as darkness, But you know, and He knows, you are not in darkness, but dwelling in all light. All, refreshing, wonderful, light. The lights of the knowledge of His love, His forgiveness, His care for you, His revelation, His salvation, His reality, his Truth, His Creation, His divine rest, His eternal life that He wants so freely to give to you. It can happen. But it all depends on your willing cooperation. But I believe its just the same journey that has been trodden by all the Bible characters, all the Christians down through the eras that one reads in the history books (--the ones that havent been revised, as the devil is busy revising MANY books for this generation ... . ) At this point, you may feel like you have nothing to lose, for some of you, right?
