IF you are coming to the reunion please send your registration form and check to Candy and your questionnaire to Ginnie . If you need another copy of the registration or questionnaire, please let us know and we will email it to you. September 1st is the official deadline but we would appreciate it as soon as possible. IF you are unable to attend the reunion and have sent your questionnaire back please send or email a current picture of yourself for our color memory book. Those at the reunion will have their portrait taken to include in it but we would love to include current pictures of those who cannot attend. The picture can be just of yourself or with your family. If you send it to Ginnie she will return it. You can email it to her at [email protected]. Please be sure to include who is in the picture, your name at CHS and which year you graduated. IF you are unable to attend the reunion and have not sent back your questionnaire please send it back with a current picture as soon as possible. If you need another copy of the questionnaire, please let us know and we will email it to you. Your classmates are interested in your life and we would like to include it in the black and white memory book. We will be sending out information in regard to the Memory Books in September for anyone who is unable to attend the reunion but would be interested in purchasing the Memory Books.
