IFBL(Invitational Friendship Basketball League) Below 6’1’’ Division Guidelines & important league information 1. Open to all corporate teams and ball clubs. 2. Players qualification:... A. No current PBA, PBL or Collegiate players allowed. B. Ex-pba and Ex-pbl may qualify to play provided his last playing year was at least 12 years. C. Ex-collegiate players who played in the UAAP, NCAA, NAASCU may qualify to play provided his last playing year was at least 8 years. 3. Maximum of 18 players in a team, Only 15 to play in a game. 4. Games are scheduled at Mauway Gym and Dumlao Gym on Saturdays only. 5. Uniform Code, Teams are requested to have dark and light uniforms (top jersey) with designated number. No player will be allowed to play without proper uniform. 6. Strict bench decorum. Only players, team manager, coach and coaching staff will be allowed to sit in the bench. 7. League format: single round elimination (5 to 7 teams per bracket) top 4 teams will play for the Quarters, Semis and finals, knockout games only (team with no loss record will have twice to beat advantage) 8. Team line up will become final on the first game. No changes will be allowed thereafter. 9. Penalties: technical fouls P100.00, unsportsmanlike foul with intent to hurt P200.00 plus 1 game suspension. 10. Defaulting time is 10 mins from the scheduled game. Extra grace period of 10mins may be given if the opposing team agrees to wait. 11. Registration fee is P 9,500.00 12. Officiating (2 referee, 1 timer, 1 table official, 1 statistician.
