IFPTI is now offering to the food industry more than fifty food safety courses designed by the Food and Drug Administration Office of Regulatory Affairs University (ORAU). These fifty-plus courses on food protection represent the entry-level training foundation for federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial regulatory officials. With this training now available to members of the food industry, there is an opportunity to increase the amount of shared knowledge across the entire food protection spectrum, which in turn will greatly enhance the creation of an integrated food safety system in the U.S. and beyond.
