IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes Copycat Ingredients 2 1/2 cups buttermilk 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil Nonstick cooking spray IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe In a medium=sized mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oil. Blend ingredients using a mixer until no lumps are visible. Spray a medium frying pan with a coating of all purpose cooking spray. Consider using a pan with a nonstick coating for easier cooking and cleanup. Place the frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into warm frying pan. Allow pancake to cook until bubbles appear over the entire surface. Flip pancake to the other side and allow it to cook until it takes on a golden brown hue.
