IHRC CHIEF VISIT TO INTELLIGENCE AND GENERAL SECURITY HQ OF LEBANON, IHRC CHIEF APPOINTED GENERAL ABBAS IBRAHIM CHIEF OF INTELLIGENCE AND GENERAL SECURITY OF LEBANON AS THE PLENIPOTENTIARY AMBASSADOR OF SECURITY AND PEACE OF THE INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, HE WILL BE ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO COMMEND THE IHRC PEACEKEEPING FORCE CROPS FOR THE PEACEKEEPING MISSION IN THE WORLD. ……IHRC INTL SECRETARIAT, LEBANON PRESS NOTE: Chief of Intelligence and General Security of Lebanon General Abbas Ibrahim, was had been appointed as the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Security and Peace of the International Human Rights Commission, he will be also responsible to commend the IHRC Peacekeeping Force Crops for the peacekeeping mission in the world. This title been given today by the IHRC Chief Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan in special ceremony, in which IHRC Ambassador at Large for Middle East Ambassador-Ali Akil Khalil , Ambassador Hoteit Hussein and Ambassador Mrs. Rehab Bitar was also present. General Ibrahim, now endowed with full diplomatic prerogatives under the organizations given title and IHRC Chief notified him of the fresh appointment, explaining that the decision came in appreciation for the Generals role in many humanitarian missions. IHRC Chief and General Ibhaim also discussed the proposed International Conference in Lebanon and assured full security and protocol to all the world leaders and diplomats who are coming to attend the conference on 29th May 2014 IHRC Chief Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan awarded him with the Pride of Performance Award on his efforts and services for peace in Lebanon and region and his endless fight against terrorism.
