IHer Question: Does anyone have sensitivity to noises but certain tones and voices sound muffled and hard to understand? also wondered if it this is something I sould be concerned about ive had a couple changes in symptoms I used to have a constant heart beat sound in my ears now when I lay down or strain or do too much it sounds like a rushing wind or a water kind of sound, and I also have been getting worse headaches in the morning and evening and about an hour to an hour and a half before time to take meds that my back of my head is in severepain with nausea feels like my head is going to explode and my face feels extremely heavy and numb like its almost paralyzed but I can still move it. I dont have a shunt. I am taking Diamox 1,500 mg a day, Lasix 80 mg a day, Topamax 50 mg a day, potasiom 60 mg a day, Zofran as needed... the face numbness is this typical or something I should discuss... I think my pressures are on the way back up but ive never had it hit in strong waves like that before. im afraid im not going to be able to move my face the way it feels sometimes
