IIN Hey! What is it with this Institute for Integrative Nutrition - TopicsExpress

IIN Hey! What is it with this Institute for Integrative Nutrition stuff? Huh? Nine years ago I stumbled across the school and was amazed with the program. I wasnt looking to start a career as a health coach. I just wanted to get healthier and live as long as possible! For six months, every weekend, Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM I went to a class that was held at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the beautiful Rose theater at the Time Warner Center (Columbus Circle). Every weekend we were greeted with a bag of books and gadgets. DVDs, date planners, hot water bottles, spice racks, water bottles, tongue scrapers and a lineup of amazing teachers and speakers. IIN had amazing speakers every weekend. NY Times best-selling authors covering topics ranging from health and nutrition, to the politics of the food industry, to the pressing medical dilemmas many of us face. Many of the teachers and speakers, even some of the students, are medical doctors, nurses, and research scientists. The school doesnt provide diet plans. The mission is to help you to see the bigger picture and balance your life. Then if you choose, you can help others to do the same. Id call it an ongoing evidence-based analysis that evolves along with the related science, politics and economics. The school advocates cutting-edge ideas and is an important part of, if not at the forefront of positive changes. Knowledge is power, and theres nothing more valuable than your health and well being. It cost me $3,500 nine years ago when I completed the basic program. The advanced online Immersion Program is absolutely free. The live and streaming conferences I get invited to periodically are also absolutely free. The impact it has had on my life is priceless. So far Ive referred one person to IIN. She now works as a Health Educator at a New York City Hospital. Shes helping others while helping herself. They gave me $300 for the referral. I returned it to her to help pay the tuition. They also sent me a card and a beautiful plant as a thank you gift which I did keep. If you or someone you know is interested in attending the school, they periodically have enrollment specials and offer a discount on the cost of tuition. The special pricing is only a few times a year. The program is online now and i think costs around 5 grand. I can forward you the enrollment specials when I get them if you like and/or just the free invitations to stream the live conferences about 4 times a year. You dont need to be interested in attending the school to stream the live conference. Its from 10 AM to 4 PM today and you can jump on and off the stream at anytime. Enjoy.
