IK should accept NS’s offer of judicial commission with a condition that judges will be selected by mutual agreement between opposition and ruling party. -commission will open up results of alleged constituencies and if rigging is proved, winner will be disqualified and runner up will become winner. -if that changes the current party position then prime minister needs to get vote of confidence or resign -arrest and punish anyone involved in rigging including police, polling staff, politician after trial Going forward - Dissolve current election commission and make a new autonomous commission which will not report to anyone in govt. - based on recommendations from all parties and Ishaq Dar commission completely overhaul and reform election procedure to avoid rigging - Install cctv inside polling stations and invite international monitoring teams during election - set up new autonomous federal and provincial ombudsmen offices which will monitor every single appointment/transfer in govt and semi govt organizations as well as privatization bids and power plant deals etc. - Ombudsmen’s orders cannot be changed by govt. they can go to courts to challenge the decision
