IKEA Kansas City! Still waiting to hear about my order placed on Oct. 19. I guess posting on FB, writing emails, going to store and speaking to Delivery Manager Danny, wasting over 5 hours on phone with US Headquarters only to be disconnected after 45 minutes to an hour several times doesnt work. Please IKEA Merriam, what do you suggest I do to speak to someone that can fix the problems that have been caused by your staff and delivery service??
