IKEA Tempe is awful at communicating! We ordered a new kitchen 11/17/2014 and still dont have counters installed. I called to get a status today and the contractor that installs that counters still hasnt heard anything from IKEA USA on the raw materials. So now were close to a month since the counters were measures and given the green light, and we STILL dont have counters. Even worse they havent even got the raw material to work on them yet. This is so VERY frustrating and theres been zero communications from IKEA... If you want to have a super frustrating kitchen remodel, I highly recommend using IKEA of Tempe!
