IKMNs Instructor in Training Dinneke about her experience this week: The past couple of days were very inspiring and taught me so many new things. Tomek struck me as a person with this amazing state of tranquility and dignity. This made it very pleasant to follow his lessons. His way of teaching the course was very clear and fun. He provides a precise learning structure and outlined his expectations of us very well. The subjects and solutions that we trained were very realistic and (unfortunately) reflect our current reality. The world is ever changing and our perspectives have to keep up. Tomek has already thought of solutions to problems before we had even thought of the problem. He provides insights that are very interesting and innovative. Tomek provides a training that consists of a red thread and a logical structure which makes the learning process very comfortable. He paid attention to each detail, made time for all of us and listened to our questions. He gave us the answers that we need and not the ones that we want to hear. A very pleasant man to work with! I am very much looking forward to the second part of the course. - Dinneke
