IL SHARE THIS BECAUSE IT MAY HELP...... I had some good news the other day from bailiffs surrounding an ongoing dispute with Northumbrian Water. Whom sent me a letter saying Bailiffs failed to execute retrieval of money claimed to be owed. Now as a result I am in the process of trying to take St Katherines court house and Northumbrian Water to court. Trial by jury; for attempting to coerce money using fraudulent documentation and unlawful procedures of illegality. I am also contesting with Northumbrian Water in attempting to take them to court. For manipulation of charging fees and excessive use of unmonitored regulation of bills. Which I have evidence of. Interelated to admin errors of figures. Also for causing vexation and distress through use of bailiffs etc. I have used the Bill Of Exchange Act 1882 to dismiss the claimed bill and fee. Also enforced my Statutory Declaration and used a denied right of access notice in defeating the bailiffs. In asking for a trial by jury; I have also requested that the judge be free from freemasonary and the executive powers in obtaining an unbiased systemised corporationally influenced decision. I have a stack of paperwork surrounding this case. One of several already won. Ive got them on several issues especially deception and fraud and feel I am in a commanding position. Considering I didnt enter into a contract with them. The way they try and condition you to paying money is ridiculous. Maybe now Northumbrian Water will think twice especially as I am trying to do them for poisoning of water with nullyfying fluoride. Article 10th May The Independent Newspaper. Admits to fluoride causing Alzheimers and Dementia surrounding desalination of water.In it all St Katherines Court House are now trying to synonmously wash their hands of me. There are a few other issues but thats the generalisation of it. Keep fighting we are winning in it they become slippier.
