IM BAAACK...... Hair now the natural appropriate colour (whatever THAT was) - tick Bad Attitude - tick Secret smirk *oops, I mean Smile* - tick Twinkle in eye - tick Empty packing boxes chucked in back yard - tick (hmm.... still got more boxes, I didnt think I had sooo much stuff) - tick Can almost see new flooring - tick Still got a long way to go but it helped when I decided to use the ceiling space for storage (got that idea from my cousin, thanx Janice!) However, whilst my spirit and mind were dead keen, my body was the only one who knew I really was 58. I slipped twice. Firstly in front of my sister. She saw too much, and left suddenly with her hand clamped over her mouth (sorry Jen). Then I hefted up two ex kitchen cupboard planks. I finally got those suckers in place, packed boxes on top. Very smugly, and humming I am Woman by Helen Reddy, I elegantly commenced my descent. Skidded on insulation, hit the top shelf (thank God Ive got breasts), grabbed at the ladder and landed lightly on my floor. Only a couple of bruises and Im walking oddly.....
