IM BACK!!! To all of my friends, I have been in a 10+year battle with Diverticulitis. This past March it finally got the best of me. Ive been sick and in and out of the Drs and emergency room since then. I had to have my diseased colon removed. That happened this past Tuesday 7/29. I have been in Hillcrest Hospital since then recovering. It was a very difficult surgery and they removed about a foot of my plumbing...I have been resting and recovering nicely and progressing as good as could be expected. I will probably becoming home Tuesday 8/5 to spend another 3 or 4 weeks at home. I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words, thoughts, prayers, visits and cards. They all mean SO much.
