IM doing an appeal for my Mother again; i want to see what they will say this time.To,Social security disability claim department in the state of Florida;14th Amendment, section 1: All person born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. Nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. To,Social security disability claim; After posting this post i receive a letter dated 11,8,2013 today 11, 17, 2013 on a Sunday, stating that her claim for Social security disability claim type DIB saying that their first decision was correct she could work on a regular and continuing basis. I notice they did not take memory loss and forgetting simple tasks even getting lost when she go out at time and her arthritis in her left leg that has her fall and injuring her body. This is madness! What is this department of Social security disability claim doing to the people that need they help in getting their life back on track. Ps. i receive the letter today 11,17, 2013 it took 9 day to come what is going on in this place call the USA. or some one is pulling a prank. those that mean she has the right to a fair hearing under the federal law for disable people not under state law for SSI, SSA is federal mandated; P.S correct me if IM wrong.
