IMAGINE FOR ELISE+HARRY=) Imagine... Bruno Mars’ “Locked out of Heaven” played loudly overhead as you made your way through the crowded party at Louis’ large flat. You had met his girlfriend, Eleanor, while taking classes at the University. She had invited you to hang out with her and Louis and his friends quite a few times, which was cool because they just happened to be in a famous boy-band. It was the first time that he’d invited you to a party at his flat, and a few of your friends were here too, so it was a good time. They had all just gone off to different areas of the flat and you were now left by yourself, wandering around, trying to find someone you knew. You made your way down the hallway to an open area where Louis had set up somewhat of a game room. It was much less crowded than the other areas of the flat, and you spotted Harry playing pool by himself over in the corner. Every time you’d hung out with them, Harry was very open and friendly with you, and you knew him well at this point. Though you had yet to admit it to anybody yet, you were developing quite the crush on him. Handsome and charming as he was, you had a hard time believing that the had any girl friends who weren’t crushing on him. “Hey Elise! I was wondering if you’d be here,” Harry said to you with a large smile as you approached the pool table. You returned the smile and tried to ignore the butterflies in your stomach. “Well here I am,” you said, getting him to laugh. “How are you? It’s been awhile.” “It has been!” he said, nodding his head. He leaned his pool stick against the wall and grabbed his beer off the table nearby, taking a sip from the bottle. “We’ve been very busy recording and stuff, but I’ve been meaning to give you a call to see if you wanted to hang out…but then I realized I don’t have your number anyways.” He shook his head, laughing a bit before setting his beer back down. Your heart raced, and you were trying to wrap your mind around what he had just said about wanting to hang out with you. It’s probably a line that he uses on all girls, you thought to yourself, trying to maintain your friendly smile. “Well let me give you my number then so you don’t have that problem anymore!” you exclaimed flirtatiously, playing along. He grinned back at you, handing his phone for you to type in your number. You did it quickly and gave it back to him, knowing that he would probably never call or text you. “Now that we have that taken care of…want to play a game with me?” he said, gesturing to the pool table and putting his phone back in his pocket. “Oh I don’t know…I’m not very good,” you said hesitantly. “Come on Elise! It will be fun,” he insisted, grabbing a second pool stick from the rack on the wall and handing it to you. “Okay, but when I said that I’m not very good…I actually mean that I’m very bad,” you admitted, earning an adorable laugh from Harry. “I’ll help you then,” he said, winking at you and setting up the balls on the table. When it was your turn, you held the stick in your hand, trying to do it the proper way. Harry was watching you intently with a small smirk on his face. “Stop looking at me like that! I don’t know what I’m doing,” you exclaimed, laughing hysterically at Harry’s facial expression. He walked over to you and put the stick in your hands a slightly different way than you had been holding it before. “Okay, so hold it like this, now you want to lean slightly into the table so that you can have some stability,” he said, showing you each move. He was standing directly behind you, his arms around yours, guiding the pool stick in your hands. Your heart was pounding hard, and the butterflies in your stomach were ten times worse now than they were before. “Lean into it like this El,” Harry said, breaking your momentary daze. He leaned forward slightly, pushing his body against yours from behind. You could feel his strong torso against your back as he helped you shoot the cue ball into the 7 ball, putting it directly into the pocket across the table. “Hey I did it!” you exclaimed jokingly as Harry stepped back away from you. He laughed, nodding his head. “You sure did,” he said smiling. All of a sudden, he leaned down and pressed his lips into yours, his strong torso against the front of your body this time. His hands found their way around your waist, clutching you tightly. He kept kissing you, so you moved your arms up around his neck to pull yourself closer to him, not wanting to waste this moment. He didn’t pull away until he needed to catch his breath, and you obliged, taking a deep breath and trying to make sense of what just happened. His hands were still tightly around you, holding you into him. You tilted your head back slightly and peered skeptically into his eyes. “How drunk are you right now?” you asked him, not sure if you would like the truth. “That’s the only beer I’ve had all night, and it’s still half full,” he said, nodding his head to the beer he’d been drinking before. “I’m not drunk at all…I’m totally sober, and that was totally intentional Eliseeeeeeee.” He let his voice linger on your name, causing it to ring longer than usual. It made you smile, hearing Harry say your name and holding you close like he was. “So you meant it about wanting to hang out sometime, too?” you asked him cautiously, finally believing that maybe you had a chance with the guy of your dreams. He nodded his head, but raised his eyebrows and gave you a funny look. “Especially after this, I definitely think we should hang out sometime,” he said jokingly, turning his sweet comments into a slightly perverted one. You gave him a slight tap on the side of his face, your arms still wrapped around his neck. “I’m just joking, just joking!” he cried. “I really do want to take you out sometime, and some more times after that hopefully,” he said more sincerely. You smiled at him before he leaned down and kissed you again, keeping you close to him for the rest of the night. -inZAYN
