IMAM POSITIONS IN CANADA Respected scholars: Salam. BC Muslim Association (thebcma) is a major Islamic organization in Canada. They own and operate 12 centers (mosques and schools) in the province of British Columbia. We are currently looking for quality imams (preferably huffaz with some community experience, strong command of English and Arabic) for 5 of their centers. I am the Director of Religion and Islamic Education for the Association, and am in the UK till April 1 to meet potential candidates for these positions. I would like to have a preliminary meeting with the candidates, and then schedule a detailed interview for a later time. We normally enter into a 1-year contract with the option to renew, so that both parties can deliberate prior to making a longer commitment.
