IMO, this is one of the worst examples of trying to show causation because of correlations... The statistics about what has happened in the economy and the stock market over the past 5 years are accurate, but to give credit for what has happened to the Feds QE policy is quite a stretch!! By the way, to say that QE is over is also quite a stretch... While the Fed is no longer dropping billions of dollars into the banking system every month, what they still need to do is to unwind the over $4 Trillion that they printed and gave to the banks.
