IMPORTANCE ANNOUNCEMENT: Andrew Griffith has been working at MyLondonHome for over 10 years and has played an instrumental role in MyLondonHome. There is not one area of the business that hasnt benefited from his personal involvement over the past decade. On top of that, not only did he launch the New Homes Department but the New Business Department before that – both of which have gone on to be very successful and influential departments within our business. His dispute resolution, his unflappable demeanour and his negotiation skills are legendary. His attention to detail, his patience and his quest for perfection know no bounds. In order to prepare MyLondonHome for its next exciting era, we need to adapt the structure of the Management.
