** IMPORTANT 5K INFORMATION ** I have noticed some 5k pictures posted all month and want to say WAY TO GO but want to add some clarity, our virtual 5k runs on specific dates each month, most normally, its the last weekend of the month and I hold it from a Friday - Monday. This link will always provide the dates for the month. I do my best to give our 5k a very genuine, authentic feeling where we all come together once a month from all over the world. Holding this over 4 days a month really helps this feeling and builds a sense of community.
