IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM DLA NATURALS: IMPORTANT NEWS. We inform all our friends that DLA NATURALS board of shareholders has decided to donate its mlm business to the Ladriere/Tiru family foundation recently created and called SPIRULINA FILIPINA FOUNDATION inc. The foundation (SFFI) will take over all activities of DLA NATURALS division 2 by January 1st, 2014. SFFI is non profit organisation that has been created to work in two directions: 1. LIVELIHOOD activities: to offer to everyone the possibility to start a business and get additional income and a better future. 2. HUMANITARIAN ACTIVITIES: all the profit generated in SFFI by the livelihood arm as well through received donations will be entirely used in supporting the Livelihood , the feeding programs and other humanitarian activities. There will be no changes for existing members of DLA NATURALS. They will be automatically transferred to SSFI. There will be no changes in marketing plan (Livelihood) nor in products and bonuses. In SFFI philosophy, there will be no more place for reference to MLM, recruitment and other similar words. Our members will be called VOLUNTEERS. They will join the Foundation SFFI for the particular purpose of caring and sharing. The job of the VOLUNTEERS will be to promote the products of the foundation and to offer to others to join also as VOLUNTEER knowing that the full profit of SFFI will be used for humanitarian activities. The Livelihood and humanitarian activities of SFFI will be published every month in the SFFI web site . SFFI will be managed by an ethic committee composed of the following individuals: Mr. Didier Ladriere: Chairman. Mrs. Shiela Tiru: Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Eugene De La Rosa : Director for Humanitarian Actions. Mr. Gigo Heredia : Director for Technology Information. Mr. Allen Mina: Director for Livelihood Development.
