IMPORTANT CABLE TV MESSAGE Wilson Communications Customers, I know you expect and deserve the highest quality video programming, and our goal is always to provide the best service possible. I am writing to explain the very unusual problems we have experienced with our cable TV system this week. This week we have had a perfect storm of troubles consisting of equipment failures and software glitches. I am aware these problems persist and your frustration grows. I assure you we are working around the clock to resolve any and all problems affecting your service It may seem that problems go away only to return. This is happening and we are monitoring the system and addressing each problem as it is identified. As I write to you, our IT personnel and technicians continue to trouble shoot the system and make corrections I ask for your patience and understanding.
