**IMPORTANT DETAILS...PLEASE READ** ****DELIVERY PROCEDURE**** & **CONTACT DETAILS** We charge a flat fee of £50 for delivery of Refrigeration and £25 for smaller items / appliances if delivered by our appointed haulier within a 75 miles radius of our facility in Hertfordshire – you may always collect yourself or arrange collection by independent courier or ask we quote ourselves if you are outside of the above stated criteria. Our delivery procedure with our own contracted transport is as follows: 1. We deliver on an agreed day, morning or afternoon. 2. You will be asked to inspect the unit whist it is still on the delivery vehicle – if happy 3. We only deliver to your doorstep or garage where you will have the opportunity to inspect again, if happy 4. You will be presented with your COD receipt for payment 5. At your request the driver and drivers mate may place the unit where you wish it to reside, connected to the mains electricity supply only if applicable - this you will need to agree with the delivery driver at time of delivery. 6. Units that require plumbed in water, gas connection or specialised electrical connection need the services of a qualified and certified engineer. If at any of the above stages you are unhappy for whatsoever reason, the unit will be returned back to us without any pressure or financial penalty to you.
