IMPORTANT I seek your support in making the Urur Olcott Kuppam Margazhi Vizha 2014 happen. Every December the entire city of Chennai plays host to probably the largest festival of the arts in the world. But unfortunately, the December music & dance festival is largely restricted to certain spaces and addresses only a certain class of people. We need to change this.
