IMPORTANT INFO FOR YSA CONFERENCE!!! If you are planning on coming to more than just the dance please register, if you are only coming to the dance dont worry about it. tinyurl/cincinnatiysaconference Friday night we ask that you arrive between 7:00 and 7:30 pm so we can kick off our conference on time. The address for the Montgomery Building is Montgomery building: 8250 Cornell Rd Cincinnati, OH 45249. We’ll kick off the night with a get-to-know-you activity (don’t worry it won’t be a corny one). We also have three excellent presenters that night that will get us thinking about the scriptural theme for our conference Psalm 46:10. On Friday night you can come dressed in something that is casual over your swimsuit, or anything else and then change into your swimsuit at the pool’s lockers. At 9:00 pm we’ll head over to Montgomery City Pool. The address for the pool is 8075 Hopewell Rd Montgomery, Ohio 45242. We’ll be there form 9:00 to 11:00 pm. On Saturday morning we’ll meet again at the Montgomery Building (8250 Cornell Rd Cincinnati, OH 45249) at 8:30 am. We’ll have light breakfast items for you to enjoy. Around 9:00 am we’ll have a devotional to start off our service project. We’ll then break out in to the designated neighborhoods we were in Monday to collect the food. If you come late to this one you’ll need to call someone at the conference to see where we need your help. (You can call me if you find yourself in this situation Justin Talbot: (513) 288-8118) We’ll be out walking neighborhoods dress comfortably but be prepared just in case it rains. Around 12:00 pm on Saturday we’ll meet at Swaim Park for a picnic and games. The address for the park is the intersection of Zig Zag Rd and Cooper Rd Montgomery, OH 45242. Stay as long as you would like. The next portion of our conference will start at 3:00 pm at the Montgomery Building. We ask you to come to this portion dressed in “smart” casual, or in other words try to avoid shorts or t-shirts. If you would like to take a shower when you change and live in an outlying area let one of us know. I really don’t think we’ll get too dirty doing service or at our picnic. The Montgomery Building will be available to change at after 2:00 pm. At 3:00 pm we’ll be treated with a variety of different workshops. At 6:00 pm, we’ll move on to our keynote speaker Bro. Jason Tyner will speak to us. At 7:00 pm we’ll have dinner and around 8:00 pm we’ll start our dance. The dance will run until 11:00 pm on Saturday night.
