IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE FIRST THREE BATCHES OF BIMM (formally IIMM), BITM (formally ICTM), BIIB (formally ICIB) & BIMHRD (formally ICMHRD) Dear Alumni The reunion of first three batches of BIMM, BITM, BIIB & BIMHRD are scheduled to take place on 20th & 21st of September 2014 (i.e Saturday & Sunday). ON THE FIRST DAY, THAT IS ON 20TH SEP FROM 9 AM ONWARDS THE ALUMNI OF EACH INSTITUTE WILL MEET IN THEIR RESPECTIVE INSTITUTES.Each Institute is organising its own cultural programmes. On the second day Central functions and culturals will be held. Depending on your convenience we would like to organise a cocktail and dance in a five star hotel located adjacently. We will cater for sufficient time for you all to interact with your batchmates, seniors, juniors as well as the current seniors and juniors. Please carry sufficient visiting cards. Three good hotels are located adjacent to our campus....Sayaji Hotel, Kingfisher and Satish> You can arrange your accommodation in these hotel. We are planning to appoint one junior as ADC to all those who are registering their names for the Reunion or Alumni Meet. These ADCs will reach out to respective alumni and coordinate the details. We request you to plan and attend the reunion. The dates will not change under any circumstances. This will provide you an excellent opportunity not only to reexperience your institute days but also to reconnect with each other in four institute. You should plan to be here on 19th September.
