Cancellation Probability: Because of the imposed condition 8539, if 489 visa holders continues to work or live in a non-regional area, it is more than likely that the DIBP will cancel your visa under the general cancellation power, section 116, as a result of the non-compliance with your visa condition. THE DIBP officers might do a site visit, or checked by the police for a traffic offence to find that you are breaching your visa condition.
