By waiting until Monday 26th January you can make the most of: - SUSU Lettings and Southampton Accreditation Scheme for Student Housing (SASSH), who will release their houses on the 26th. You can register your interest with SUSU Lettings now in order to be sent an email listing their properties on Jan 26th - SUSU will release the TOP TEN WORST-RATED Letting Agencies in Southampton, to help you work out who to avoid. - The SUSU Housing Advice Fair on January 26th, which will help you to know what to look for in your new home: eg. Your legal rights, a housing checklist, inventories, deposits etc. Some reputable agencies have agreed not to push students into viewing houses before January 26th...
