**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS** A tough subject but one I feel needs addressing. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment with me. The more notice that you give me the better chance I have of filling that slot with someone who is waiting. I frequently have a cancellation list of people who are desperate for appointments. However if you decide not to let me know you arent going to make your appointment but just dont turn up I cannot offer the slot to anyone else. My time is wasted and I dont get paid. So it is with regret that I will start implementing a cancellation/no show policy with immediate effect. To outline: Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice - no charge Cancellations made on the day - 50% of the groom cost (discretionary if I manage to fill the slot) Missed appointments with no notice - charged at the full groom rate If you find it difficult to remember your appointment and would like to sign up to my text reminder service please let me know. Texts are sent the day before the appointment. A response is required to confirm the appointment otherwise I will offer the slot to someone on the cancellation list. **LATE APPOINTMENTS** Each dog is allocated a slot. These vary in time length depending on size of dog, coat type and the service you require. If you are late for your appointment you are reducing the amount of time I have to complete your dogs groom. I will not rush a groom nor will I make the next customers appointment late. So what this means for you? If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be classed as missed and I will not groom your dog on that occasion but you will be charged the full groom fee. In some instances where possible I may offer a reduced groom including whatever I can fit into the remaining time but you WILL be charged for a full groom.
