IMPORTANT: If anybody knows of any non profit organizations that help people who cant afford a surgical procedure for their dog... PLEASE let me know. I have been applying all day to a non profit organizations that I have searched and came across. I need an organization that can approve my application fast, for my lab needs EMERGENCY surgery by monday and is in a lot of pain. I have already spent $200 just to get him checked out at the emergency animal hospital and It broke my heart when I saw the estimate of cost to help him. All I could afford was the pain medicine. I recently was laid off from my job and cannot afford the procedure.No vet around here will accept payments and I applied for care credit and was denied. However, he needs this emergency hip replacement surgery ASAP. It is a 4,500 dollar procedure and I simply cannot afford to pay that amount. At the most I can pay $500 so I am still short 4,000 dollars. So please contact me if you know of anything or any way that can help me out. I will be up all night filling out different applications online so I dont care if it is 5 am lol please message me asap. I love my dog and it is taking a toll on me to see him in so much pain and feel so helpless. So please keep him and I both in your prayers.
