IMPORTANT NEWS – WHAT THE PARTICIPANTS SHOULD KNOW FOR THE 251 Dhol Ensemble 2014 1. REHEARSAL FOR ALL 251 DHOLIS – 5TH OCTOBER 2014 AT 4.00PM @DATARAN PJ 4.00pm-6.00pm – Rehearsal with King G Mall on beat arrangement. 6.00pm-8.00pm – Registration, Collection of T-Shirts & Bibs. Attire: Casual 2. MALAYSIAN BOOK OF RECORD ATTEMPT – 6TH OCTOBER 2014 @ 7.00 AM @ Dataran PJ 7.00am-8.00am – Registration for remaining participants, T-Shirt & Bib Collection. 8.00am-9.00am – Final Rehearsal for the 251 Dhol Ensemble. 9.00am onwards – Program starts WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW? 1. You must be punctual for both rehearsals, especially on main day record attempt. 2. Each participant must not lose their t-shirts and bibs (numbering). If you do please visit the registration counter immediately. 3. You should wear your shoes at all time. 4. Long pants/Jeans/Sports attire is advised for this attempt. 5. Bring along a spare set of attire. 6. Participants will be grouped in A-B-C-D-E respectively, and each group will consist of 50 Dholis. 7. If you wish to take part and you have not submit your Name & IC Number, please be present on the 5th Oct at 4pm for Rehearsal & Registration. 8.
