IMPORTANT NOTICE--EXAM DATE LIKELY TO BE EXTENDED Government has asked the Union Public Service Commission, UPSC, to postpone Civil Services preliminary examination till the row over syllabus issue is resolved. Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh told reporters outside Parliament House that government wants clarity on the issue.UPSC aspirants are demanding the scrapping of the Civil Services Aptitude Tests, C-SAT. They say C-SAT is discriminatory against Hindi medium students. The students are also demanding a four-year age relaxation for appearing in the examinations.
