IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE AFPAAA 2014 MEETING IN SAN ANTONIO: We have had to change the dates of our 2014 Annual Meeting. We thought we could coexist when San Antonios Fiesta moved to our weekend. But then, the SA joint base commander declared Friday, April 11, a down day because of Fiesta ... meaning nobody works, no tours, no nothing! That effectively cancelled our visits to BMT and Puppy basic training, etc. So ... after a lot of scrambling ... we moved everything to May 8-11, 2014. And, yes we know Sunday, May 11th is Mothers Day, but we really had no choice. If you have already made hotel reservations, the hotel will switch you to the new dates and you will get a new email confirmation from the hotel. If you have not yet made a hotel reservation, do it soon. We have 40 rooms blocked and as of today 31 have been reserved. Our rate of $110/nt + tax is good 3 days prior and 3 days after our meeting, space permitting. To make your hotel reservations, call (866) 527-1498, option #1. Our group or CRS code is: GRHKUU. There is no on-line room reservation. The cutoff date for reservations is April 20, 2014 (or sooner if our room block is sold out).
